Premium Data Methodology
Estimates & Projections are built using the 2020 Census, American Community Survey, USPS data, AGS parcel-based land use files, and macroeconomic forecasts.
AGS employs a combination of cohort survival, distribution shifting, and nonlinear trend modeling to capture local changes in population, housing, and income, while maintaining consistency at regional and national levels.
